A press release on Monday, 13th April 2020, signed by the Keta Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Godwin Edudzi Yao Effah states that markets in the area will be closed until further notice.
The statement listed the Keta, Anlo-Afiadenyigba, Abor, Anyako and Atiavi markets to be closed from Tuesday, 14th April 2020.
It added that closure will only affect the days on which these markets are being organized. See press statement below
