Cuban doctors arrived yesterday in Italy to support efforts to contain and treat COVID-19 victims.
With the country’s high death toll, they’ve been working with the Cuban government to fight the novel coronavirus.
Sunday afternoon, Jose Carlos Roguez reported that a medical team of 52 doctors and nurses arrived at Italy’s Milan Malpensa Airport.
They are expected to go into the Northern Region of the country, Lombardy.
