McGharbins Network supplies free face masks to sellers at the Sogakope main lorry station

The McGharbins Network led by Albert Gharbin shared over 100 pieces of face masks this morning, Saturday, 2nd May 2020, at the Sogakope main lorry station as part of efforts to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus in the country.

The group of six (6) gentlemen and three (3) ladies distributed face masks among drivers, station masters, and sellers who were present at the lorry station around 10:30 AM.

According to Albert Gharbin, the initiative is to give back to the community and to support in the fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic.

He added that it is also his way of appreciating the Almighty God for adding another year to his age.

Speaking to GHwedey.com, he explained the motive behind the donation.

“The main motive is to give back to the community for the Lord blessing me with one more year and since it’s been something I’ve been doing over the years, definitely on my birthday, I should give back.

“In this season of coronavirus, it’s best to support the government’s initiative to make sure that everyone gets access to a face mask.”

The group promised to extend their donation to the Sogakope police barracks.
