Meet Richard Kwami Kpeli, NASPA President Hopeful

Many aspire to be leaders, whatever their reasons. The leadership position can be placed first before any responsibility it bears.

The trap is tempting, especially when you have no vision for the position you’re vying for. Richard Kwami Kpeli just picked up his nomination form for one of the enviable positions in the district.

The selfless educationist wants to be the NASPA (National Service Personnel Association) president for Central and North Tongu. The blogger and former head of IT department at Covenant International School sees his new aspiration as a means of showing his productivity.

He challenges us to think of leadership this way when he wrote on Facebook, “leadership is not about position, it’s about being productive.”
