Freelance model and TV host Priscilla Selorm who appeared in KD Bakes’ ‘Asunder’ music video has, with the help of some friends, donated 1,500 pieces of nose masks to two schools in the Volta Region.
The beneficiaries are the Hodzo-Ve Junior High School near Ho and the New Horizon Foundation of Blind in Ho.
Selorm and her team gave 100 pieces of nose masks to the New Horizon Foundation of Blind while the rest 1,400 pieces went to the Hodzo-Ve Junior High School.
Selorm said the gesture was inspired by a picture of a schoolboy who wore a paper nose mask.
According to her, this picture got her crying and thinking, thus the donation on Friday, 29th January 2021.
She added that the donation has taught her that people need us.
