The National Science and Maths Quiz Competition has postponed its regional and zonal championships due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
This announcement was made minutes after the President’s address to the nation on the updates of the coronavirus.
“Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the management of Primetime Limited announces, for the benefit of participating schools and fans, the postponement of the NSMQ 2020 Ashanti Regional and Bono-Ahafo and Volta-Oti Zonal Championships until further notice, the statement read.
According to them, they will keep us informed of further developments in due course.
“We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We shall keep you informed of further developments in due course.”
