The South Tongu District Chief Executive, Hon. Emmanuel Louis Agama is urging all in the South Tongu District of the Volta Region to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
This he said after he took a jab of the vaccine on Thursday, 25th March 2021.
“I have taken a jab of the COVID-19 vaccine. I urge my compatriots in South Tongu District to follow suit. Thanks, Mr. President for the vaccine,” he wrote on Facebook hours after taking the vaccine.
Hon. Emmanuel Agama launched the COVID-19 vaccine the same day he took it.
The launch which took place at the District Hospital, Sogakope saw the District Health Director Madam Mavis Agumeh and the Medical Superintendent of the District Hospital Mr. Agbleze also taking a jab.
