An aide to former president John Dramani Mahama, Mr. Stan Xoese Dogbe has presented a total of 15 motorbikes to the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for South Tongu, Kobena Mensah Woyome, to support the party’s 2020 campaign.
At a ceremony before the launch of the South Tongu Constituency Campaign on Sunday, Mr. Stan Dogbe also handed over a total of 20,000 posters of the Parliamentary Candidate and President John Mahama, 200 aprons, and a quantity of John Mahama T-shirts.
A former Constituency Secretary, Yao Amekor, who spoke on behalf of Stan Dogbe said the 9 of the motorbikes are for the Zonal Coordinators, 4 to the Branch Chairmen of 4 adopted branches, 1 to the Constituency Secretary, and 1 for the Constituency Office.
The motorbikes are to enhance the mobility of the recipients who were advised to work hard for a resounding John Mahama and Kobby Woyome victory in December.
Parliamentary Candidate, Mr. Woyome, and the Constituency Chairman, Henry Ampah, thanked the former presidential staffer for his continuous support for the activities of the Party and Hon. Woyome.
Present at the ceremony were Regional, Constituency, and Branch Executives of the NDC, Hon. James Klutse Avedzi- MP for Ketu North, Hon. Kofi Humado- MP for Anlo, HE Oscar Ameyedowo- a Former Ambassador to China, Volta Regional Secretary James Gunu, and the Volta Regional Organiser Siki Abibu.
