President of Work God Family Kpodo Louis Etornam, popularly known as Banty, is working hard to win this year’s Tongu Strongest as promised.
The athlete has been posting short videos of his training sessions on Instagram to keep his fans updated on his progress.
Following his last year’s performance, Banty told Ghwedey.com that he will win this year’s competition.
Meanwhile, last year’s winner Quarshie Emmanuel Awuku has also been working very hard to maintain his spot as Tongu’s Strongest.
Quarshie Emmanuel recorded an impressive 190Kg in Bench press, 130Kg in the military shoulder press, and 280Kg in squats emerging as last year’s winner.
