In the wake of Sarkodie’s new ambassadorial role, BBC Africa published an eight-minute video tracing the return of Cindy, Angela, Exodus, Ford, and others back to Ghana.
They underwent different experiences in the country but came out with the same longing.
Angela and her group saw how slaves were treated at the Elmina Castle while Exodus and Ford were exploring the opportunities they saw in the country.
The year of return is looking very good and we can only hope that it gets better with many more people returning to the country.
